These Terms & Conditions apply to all products, content, programs, events, and services offered by Soul Tribe Sisters, LLC, including but not limited to those sold or accessed through our official websites, sales pages, checkout platforms, email communications, and affiliated platforms such as System.io, Stripe, PayPal, GoHighLevel, Instagram, WhatsApp, Facebook, YouTube, and any other official Soul Tribe Sisters, LLC sales or content channels.
Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all digital products, coaching programs, retreats, events, courses, templates, memberships, and services ("Products") provided by Soul Tribe Sisters, LLC ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By checking the box at checkout, submitting payment, or otherwise accessing our Products, you ("Customer", "You", or "Your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Capacity
By using our Products, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2. Intellectual Property
All content provided in our Products—including but not limited to videos, written materials, worksheets, templates, PDFs, graphics, logos, recordings, and course materials—is the sole intellectual property of Soul Tribe Sisters, LLC.
You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable access for personal or internal business use only. You may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, resell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any part of the content. Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.
Use of Likeness & AI Restrictions
You may not use any photographs, video, voice, likeness, recordings, or content from Soul Tribe Sisters, LLC—including appearances on video, retreats, social media, or public platforms—for the purpose of training, generating, or reproducing content through artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning technologies, deepfake tools, voice replication, or image generation systems.
Any such use is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action, including claims for violation of intellectual property rights, publicity rights, and misrepresentation.
3. License and Usage Restrictions
Access to our Products is granted solely for your individual use. Sharing login credentials, course materials, recordings, or retreat content with any third party is strictly prohibited.
4. Coaching, Retreat & Educational Disclaimer
All coaching, mentorship, retreat experiences, and educational content are provided for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide medical, psychological, legal, tax, or financial advice.
You acknowledge that participation in coaching programs,
You acknowledge that participation in coaching programs, retreats, breathwork, movement, or embodiment practices involves inherent personal responsibility and risk. You are solely responsible for your physical, mental, emotional, and financial decisions and outcomes.
5. Testimonial Disclaimer
Testimonials and client experiences shared by Soul Tribe Sisters, LLC represent individual results and are not guarantees of future outcomes. Results vary based on effort, background, commitment, and personal circumstances.
6. Income & Results Disclaimer
Any income, revenue, or business growth examples shared are illustrative only and not guarantees. Your results depend on many factors including effort, experience, market conditions, and personal decisions.
7. Assumption of Risk
You acknowledge that personal development, business growth, and retreat participation involve inherent risks. You voluntarily assume full responsibility for all risks, outcomes, and decisions related to your participation.
8. No Refund Policy
All sales are final. This includes (but is not limited to) digital products, online programs, coaching, memberships, retreat deposits, retreat payments, and event tickets.
No refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued under any circumstances, including missed calls, partial participation, scheduling conflicts, illness, travel disruptions, or dissatisfaction.
Any legally required exceptions under applicable consumer protection laws will be honored.
8A. Retreat Launch Lab Weekly Support Add-On – Free Trial & Cancellation Policy
The Retreat Launch Lab Weekly Group Support Add-On includes a complimentary two (2) week free trial period.
The two-week free trial is available only at the time of initial checkout and must be activated no later than seven (7) calendar days from the original purchase date. The free trial may not be deferred, transferred, extended, or activated at a later time beyond this window.
If you wish to cancel your membership during the free trial period and avoid being charged, you must submit a written cancellation request via email at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled renewal date.

Your email must clearly state that you wish to cancel your Retreat Launch Lab Membership. Failure to provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to renewal may result in the membership charge being processed.
After the free trial period concludes, the membership will automatically convert to a recurring paid subscription at the then-current monthly rate unless canceled in accordance with the terms above.
No refunds will be issued for charges processed due to failure to cancel within the required timeframe.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Tribe Sisters, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Our total liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid by you for the applicable Product.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Soul Tribe Sisters, LLC, its owners, contractors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our Products or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to any Product if you violate these Terms. Written notice will be provided, and no refunds will be issued upon termination.
12. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
All disputes shall be resolved through confidential binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
You waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action. Arbitration shall take place in Summit County, Colorado, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available upon request or on our official website.
15A. Cybersecurity & Data Transmission Disclaimer
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet, email, mobile networks, or electronic storage is 100% secure.
You acknowledge and agree that Soul Tribe Sisters, LLC is not responsible or liable for any unauthorized access, hacking, data breaches, service interruptions, malware, or other cybersecurity incidents beyond our reasonable control, including those affecting third-party platforms, payment processors, email providers, messaging services, or software tools we use in connection with our Products.
By using our services, you assume all risks related to electronic communications and data transmission.
16. SMS & Text Messaging
By providing your phone number through checkout, lead forms, or keyword opt-ins, you consent to receive recurring automated promotional and informational text messages from Soul Tribe Sisters, LLC.
