1. Agreement

By purchasing, accessing, or participating in The Retreat Launch Lab (“Program”), you (“Client,” “Participant,” or “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”). This Agreement is a binding legal contract between you and Soul Tribe Sisters LLC, a Colorado limited liability company.

2. Program Description

The Retreat Launch Lab is a four-month business training and coaching program that includes ten (10) live coaching calls, course materials, templates, and digital resources.

3. Payment and Financing

You agree to pay the full program fee as stated at checkout, whether paid upfront or through an approved payment plan or financing provider (e.g., Affirm, Klarna, Afterpay, or Stripe installments).

When selecting a financing option, you enter into a separate payment agreement with that provider. You are responsible for fulfilling your financial obligations under both this Agreement and your financing agreement, regardless of your participation, satisfaction, or perceived results.

Failure to complete payments may result in suspension of access to the program, and any unpaid balances may be referred to collections.

4. Refund Policy

All payments are strictly non-refundable.

Due to the nature of digital course content, proprietary materials, and live coaching, no refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks will be granted for any reason once access has been granted.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this non-refundable policy. You waive any right to dispute or chargeback the transaction through your bank, Affirm, Klarna, or other financial institution.

If you initiate a chargeback or dispute, this Agreement authorizes Soul Tribe Sisters LLC to provide documentation to prove your acceptance of these Terms, and you may be held liable for any fees incurred during the dispute process.

5. Behavior and Conduct

Respectful communication is expected at all times. Verbal abuse, harassment, or disrespect toward the Company, its representatives, or other participants will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the program without refund if such behavior occurs.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, templates, and materials are the intellectual property of Soul Tribe Sisters LLC and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or sell any materials without written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Results

We do not guarantee specific financial results or outcomes. Your success depends on your effort, implementation, and market conditions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soul Tribe Sisters LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to the Program at any time for behavior deemed inappropriate, disruptive, or harmful. No refund will be provided in such cases.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal discussion. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Colorado under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, written or oral.
